Lil Hulk Buster Armour!

Since the Avengers 2 trailer was so awesome, I decide to doodle up Lil Iron Man in his Lil Hulk Buster Armour. I enjoyed playing around with the Lil Hulk Buster Armour, mainly drawing from the comic book costume design. My biggest change was adding three massive Arc Reactor Units to the armour. Well, if you're going up against the Hulk, you are going to need a some extra power. Although, I do feel that I used too much red for the colour scheme, for my next Hulk Buster doodle, I'll change that.

LifeGuard Elite!

This is the coloured in version of my Lifeguard Elite Doodle. This Hoff Wannabe will be going on a Lifeguard Competition poster at work.
Tried something a little different with this one, over-exaggerated features and adding lighting to clothes and the muscles rather than just shading.

They Said I Could Be Anything When I Grow Up…

"They said I could be anything when I grow up...

…so I became an Owl! And I don't give a Hoot what they say!"

This was more of a test than a finished doodled. Doing the "They said I could be anything when I grow up… so I became an Monster" doodle was a lot easier. There was more things I could do to play around with, the costume for example. With the Owl Costume, I'm a bit more limited, but I had to draw it to see to it. Now I can see what I like, what I don't like, what works and what doesn't. So, now on to Owl Number 2!

Work In Progress: When I Grow Up…

"They said that when I grow up, I could be anything I wanted…

…So I became a Monster!"

Just have to add the buildings in now…

Work In Progress: Red Ranger!

Work in Progress: Red Ranger! As a kid, I always liked the Power Rangers, but after a while I kinda wanted a proper story for them instead of just "Monster of the Week." So, one day, I would like knock up a little story for them, or Heck, even just using the Red Ranger, kinda like Masked Rider. It would be a hyper kinetic action adventure, baby!
I decided to make the Red Ranger a bit of a beef cake, bringing back the Morphin' bit of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers.

The Stages of The Hound!

This is the different stages of me colouring in The Hound. Starting off with the basic inked outline, then adding the basic colours so I can plan it out and get a general idea of what the finished doodle with look like. Then add the different layers to the basic colours so it gives it some depths.

The Hound Coloured In!

It's everyone's favourite shit from the Seven Kingdoms. I love The Hound, you love The Hound, we all love The Hound, even though we really shouldn't, because, well, he is an arse.
There is a lot of Game of Thrones art work kicking around which is all done in a rather serious fantasy style. I don't think my style suits fits that, so I've gone down a very cartoon, almost Bruce Timm type, feel to it. Hence the massive upper body and tiny legs.

If there any other characters you would like to see, let me know.

Ultimate Thor!

HAVE AT THEE! It's a coloured sketch of Thor from Marvel's Ultimate Universe. The Ultimate Universe is Marvel's attempt to make a comic line where all their characters have been updated for the 21st Century and it worked! When it first started in 2000, every title was golden! One of the more interesting characters was Thor. His tagline was basically, "Is Thor really the God of Thunder or a deluded hippie with a big hammer?"
And for a large part of Marvel's The Ultimates series, you did wonder.

Here's the line work for my Ultimate Thor doodle as well.

It's Lil Anakin... Sort Of!

He was meant to be the Chosen One! He was meant to bring balance to the Force! Well, yeah, we all know how well that went. Here's a cute, little doodle of Anakin Skywalker I did for a friend of mine. However, she wanted it to be look like her little boy, since he is a massive Star Wars Fan. So this is a doodle of her little lad as Anakin Skywalker. This doodle, as well as the Lil Boba Fett doodle, were printed off as iPad Mini covers. Check them out!

A Girl's Best Friend!

Here's the first of two doodles called "A Girl's Best Friend!" The original idea for this doodle was a girl hugging her childhood teddy bear. But after a few thumbnail Biro doodles, I changed it to a massive Cupcake. I'll properly go back to doing the initial idea one day.
